Security Division THE DRAKE GROUP has implemented an Asset Protection Personnel Program that insures a corporate recruitment strategy with customization to meet your corporate needs. Planning for the security of your personnel and facility must be based upon rational analysis of the risk involved. In order to begin the process of risk analysis, a comprehensive survey of all aspects of the facility must be undertaken. This is generally referred to as a security survey. Our comprehensive hiring process is designed to screen applicants so that they exceed the industry standard, and those of the state regulatory boards. After the initial employee interview, prospective employees must agree to be examined via a polygraph examination, and they must take and pass a standardized personality test with drug screening. Once the applicant satisfactorily competes the initial screening process, they are then fingerprinted and their prints are compared with the state fingerprint system, as well as the files of the FBI.
